About the position

We are looking for assemblers for our client in the automotive industry in Skövde. As an assembler, your main tasks will be to assemble vehicle components with a focus on accuracy and quality. The position is a fixed-term full-time employment where working hours will be scheduled for continuous day, evening, or night shifts depending on the client's needs.

About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and has a quality mindset. It is important that you have good teamwork skills while being able to work independently. It is essential that you enjoy working physically and can handle a fast-paced work environment as many practical and physical tasks are included in the job. As a hired consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to better work processes, develop new products, and shape a sustainable future for our clients. We value the right attitude and the willingness to embrace new technology and efficient work methods.

Requirements for the position:

• Enjoys working physically and preferably has experience working with hands
• Enjoys repetitive tasks at a set pace
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility

Meritorious:

• Passed Swedish 1, Math 1, and English 5. This must be attached with the application.
• Experience working with assembly
• Experience from industry, production, or similar
• Forklift license

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates in the process.
